About Zyma Amien
She was born in Landsdowne and attended Cathkin High School in Heideveld from 1976 - 1980. Her poltical awareness was shaped by the environment in which she she grew up. Even though she qualified as a Medical Technologist specialising in Blood Transfusion, she found art to be a means to express her dire concerns.
